You are the Driver

Figuring out the “next step” in our careers not easy… especially if we are not looking where we are going. Still, there are specific steps to consider, even if you don’t know where your career path may be leading you, to make the journey a rewarding one.

The Session:

“I should have been promoted”; “I could have been part of that meeting”; ” I would go after that job but…” Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda…Opportunities don’t have to be missed or regretted. They can be prepared for even when not anticipated.

Thinking about what you love to do, what you hate to do; figuring out how to scan your environment for upcoming opportunities; building connections beyond Facebook – these are all steps that lead you to the driver’s seat in your “career automobile”. 

At the end of this session you will have:

• Figured out how to assess how others perceive you;
• Defined your strengths for future career growth;
• Learned the essentials of networking;
