The truth is that leadership is a skill that can be honed and developed. If a person is brave enough to step up to the plate, anyone can be a great leader. In many instances, leaders are not necessarily the first people to raise their hands and volunteer.
Having worked and developed programs where sponsorship truly opens opportunities, knowledge, and career success, it’s exciting to see more organizations stepping into these initiatives. Yet, we need more courageous leaders to create access to sponsorship.
